FREE 404 error page file not found template download with url redirection adsense ready

I was in search of 404 error file not found web page template which satisfy my requirements like it should be open source and available for free, automatic url redirection after time set in file and it should google adsense ready with different type includes Text ads, Display ads, Link units and different size size like Leaderboard (728 x 90), Banner (468 x 60), Wide Skyscraper (160×600), Medium Rectangle (300 x 250), Large Skyscraper (300 x 600),  (728×15 Displays 4 links ) etc
